In ROM 1	[a]  At present there is no vision and mission statement for the organisation and it should be implemented as early as possible	In ROM1 the average is 61.1%
	[b] There is an organisational budget but there is lack of specific mission.
	Important mission should be identified and budget allocation should be made accordingly
	[c] There should be constitution of safety management committe in the organisation and the proper training should be given to all the staff for operation of  safety procedures in case of emergency
ROM 2	[a]At present we are not having any licence or registration or certifications.Steps should be taken for obtaining it.	In ROM2 the average score is 37%
	[b]updations should be done in case of amendments of prevailing laws of land
ROM 3	[a] standard SOP should be implemented in each department regarding the services it is providing.The SOP should be displayed in the department.	In ROM 3 the average score is 50%
	[b] Inservice training should be given to departmental leaders for improving the quality of service .
ROM 4
	[a] There should be documentation of ethical management
	[b] Proper display of services rendered by the organisation to the public should be done.	In ROM4 the average score is 64%
	[c] Display of the affliations of the institution should be done so that the public will be aware of its importance
	[d] The organisation should put effort to attain its accredation.
ROM 5	ROM 5
	[a] Documentation and display of employ rights and responsibilities should be done.	In ROM 5 the average score is 55%
	[b] There should be compulsary agreement for the services taken from outsource agencies.Also there should be strict evaluation of quality of outsources by the expert panel of the organisaton  atleast once in 6 months
ROM 6	[a] safety management committee should be constituted
	[b] proper training for emergency management should be done.
